The  provision of creative materials and small office supplies coupled with the fully flexible layout of the room, will accompany the success of collaborative work.

When  you book, you choose your configuration and we install the furniture adapted to your needs : meeting tables, chairs and/or sofas, armchairs, coffee tables. If a work session during the day requires a new layout, we transform your room. Projection, animation and sound equipment (video projector, screens, speakers, hand microphone, videoconference, paperboard, tablets, etc…), the provision of creative materials and small office supplies, coupled with the room’s totally flexible layout, will ensure the success of collaborative work.

To accompany your Chêne liège meeting, and depending on your program, we can offer you additional lounges for your sub-commissions, confidential offices, your moments of relaxation or catering.

Throughout your event, you will have access to our break room and outdoor areas.
