This space is ideal for large-scale professional events such as meetings, board meetings, workshops and seminars, but it is also ideal for informal private events such as cocktails, team-building and parties.

The top-of-the-range projection, animation and sound equipment (video projector, screen, speakers, hand microphone, videoconference, interactive paperboard, tablets, etc.), the provision of creative equipment and small office supplies, coupled with the room’s totally flexible layout, will ensure the success of collaborative work.

When you book, you choose your configuration and we install the furniture adapted to your needs: meeting tables and chairs and/or sofas, armchairs, coffee tables. If a work session during the day requires a new layout, we transform your room.

To accompany your Cork Oak meeting room, and depending on your programme, we can offer you additional lounges for your sub-committees, confidential offices, your moments of relaxation or catering.

Throughout your event, you will have access to our breakout rooms and outdoor areas.
